Refund & return policy

We do not accept returns on any items, only exchange items purchased within 5 days of the date of receipt.

 

To be eligible for the exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

 

You can contact customer care at care@kenzstyle.com to request the exchange.

If your exchange is accepted, A 5 JD exchange fee is deducted and you will be provided with a purchase coupon code you can use on kenzstyle.com store later on or a credit will be added to your kenzstyle.com account with the rest of the payment.

The reward points earned by the exchanged item(s) will be deducted.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange on sale items or gift cards
